Hi all, have you heard the breaking news this week!
Please click this link to see the new race favourite... I am really excited about it!
It seems that all my hard work is beginning to pay off with that type of press coverage! It must be the new trainers I bought last week.
Only a couple of runs this week to get back into the routine but disaster struck on the weekend when I was forced to give Sunday's run a miss after coming down with a chest infection and cold that has seen me laid up for the rest of the week.
I am still not entirely over it so will need to make sure it has gone before pounding the streets again. Not to worry though as there is still seven weeks to go and I am more than on schedule in my training!
Please keep an eye on my twitter feed for regular run updates @Ed_RNLI_Ldn2012
To keep you entertained whilst I rest and get better here is the latest edition of the RNLI West Division News which tells you all what the RNLI have been up to in the Wales and West region.
Please check back next week where I hope to have some more updates on my training regime!
Please see my sponsorship link here
if you wish to donate to my London Marathon cause for the RNLI. I need
to raise £2,300! All donations are gratefully accepted! Thank you for
your support.
